We, the members of the Uzalendo Mtaani Initiative (UMI), guided by patriotism, community service, peace, and national unity, establish this Constitution to strengthen communities through skills development, civic responsibility, and grassroots empowerment.

The organization shall be known as the Uzalendo Mtaani Initiative (UMI).
The Head Office shall be located in Kiambu, Kenya.
